What if the woman who wrote Little Women could step inside it? In this inventive yet faithful adaptation, Louisa May Alcott is part of the March sisters’ charming coming-of-age story. Dreaming of brighter days while their father is away, the girls generously gift their Christmas breakfast to another family and are rewarded by a kind neighbor. Jo, Meg, Beth, and Amy each chart their own path through first loves, exciting passions, family hardships, and new beginnings.

In the city of Verona, two young people from feuding families fall deeply in love, setting into motion one of the most famous stories ever written. As the rivalry between the Montagues and Capulets intensifies, Romeo and Juliet struggle to choose between loyalty to their families and devotion to one another. Filled with romance, wit, sword fights, and heartbreaking consequences, Romeo & Juliet explores love, fate, family, and the cost of hatred in one of Shakespeare's greatest tragedies.
